Policy Documents

The following document ( which includes our Privacy Policy, Data Protection Policy and Fees Policy) to gather yours and yours child’s details is sent when you make an enquiry and agree to register your child with the Little Therapy Room.

The document needs to be read and completed on a desk top or lap top and not on a smart phone and signed prior to being placed on the waiting list.
