What to expect:

A range of evidence-based therapeutic models, both individual and systemic, will be drawn upon to provide thorough assessment and intervention based on a comprehensive formulation of the difficulties. Dr Naira Wilson has additional specialist training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Systemic Family Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness and psychometric assessment and uses these to individually tailor the assessment and treatment to the needs of the client.

Reviews and follow ups will be provided as part of assessing the progress of the work. If through the course of the work it is deemed that further detailed and multidisciplinary assessment and treatment may be required, she will refer to the appropriate services with the relevant reports and recommendations. This is not a crisis management service; however, she can offer consultation around risk assessment and management and liaison with statutory services.

Should you wish to discuss a referral please contact Dr. Naira Wilson.
